How to Use:

1. We recommend applying to clean, towel-dried armpits right after getting out of the shower, but you can reapply throughout your day as needed.
2. Twist up the stick as needed. The formula might need to be warmed up briefly before it glides on easily, but it will warm up as you apply it in the first few strokes. 
3. Apply to the underarm.

Reapplication:

1. Your need to reapply may vary based on your body and activity level. 
2. The Gardenia Deodorant Stick will provide odor control and freshness throughout your workout, but we recommend you reapply afterwards, depending on how intense your activity level was. 
3. The Gardenia Deodorant Stick is primarily a deodorant - it lacks aluminum, which blocks the sweat ducts, so this natural deodorant won't entirely stop sweating, but beeswax provides antiperspirant benefits, and the combination of raw manuka honey, zinc oxide, and essential oils provides powerful odor protection.

If stored in a cool, dry place will last 6-12 months
